Flex-AB-ility is a great class for anyone in need of improving their flexibility while getting a great workout.  It will push you toward that bendiness you desire while training you to maintain strength and power in extreme positions.  We'll also put the abs in Flex-AB-ility with intermittent core training to support your stretching limbs.

Intro to Handstands + Basic Tumbling will start from scratch in training proper technique that leads to handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, handsprings and aerial cartwheels.  We will also practice all related conditioning and flexibility needed to become proficient in these foundational (fun, and impressive) skills!

Fitness Level Required: Open

Aerial Yoga is perfect to relieve stress, increase flexibility, and restore your body's balance.  It's also a great workout that will build lean muscle, burn calories, and make you sweat!  Aerial Yoga Power has more conditioning and is more fitness-based than the Zen classes, which integrate more traditional Yoga principles.

Aerial Hoop

You've seen it and always wanted to try it!  Aerial hoop is fun, elegant and attainable.  You'll be hooked.

Acro Balance is finding the equilibrium and counter balancing of 2 bodies in various lifts, poses and levers.  It's a tough, fun workout that develops balance, strength, flexibility and teamwork.  Since this class is conducted in pairs, it's a great one to bring along a partner.

A total body workout, you will burn calories and gain strength doing conditioning exercises specifically designed for all areas of acrobatics: Aerial Arts, Pole Fitness, flags, handstands, core development, jumps, levers, pushes and pulls.

Our aerial arts studio has 28’ ceilings and 6 hanging silk rigs.  Aerial silk is the most appreciated and sought after discipline in the circus arts world.  It trains the acrobat in areas of grace, strength, and beauty through the movement of the suspended human body.

Fitness Level Required: Open to all fitness levels. No experience necessary! 

Attire: Bare feet and athletic wear. Some moves are better with sleeves and/or pants

Pole Fitness is the most fun you can have while getting fit!  Pole classes will aid in improving both strength and technique while providing an exciting and intense workout at the same time. Static & Spinning offered.
