When you have decided that it is time to change your path or bust through that plateau that has been holding you back, just give us a call at (604) 817-6462 or email us at info@acrofit.ca.  We will then:

  • Meet up for a free consultation to discuss goals and problem areas
  • We discuss the approach, scheduling and basic plan
  • We have our first training, which consists of a warm up and some optional Fun Fitness elements based on preferences from your consultation - kickstarting your training with a smile on your face!
  • For at least 35 minutes of the session or more, we would delve into more traditional training elements, most commonly using the High Intensity Interval Training method to maximize calorie burning and body sculpting, or with modifications for other goals such as mass building, or endurance training.

Work with a Professional Athlete!  You will be trained and motivated by Certified Fitness Trainer, Cirque du Soleil veteran and 7-time National Gymnastics Team Member Darren Bersuk who will apply his knowledge, training and nutrition certifications to reach your personal fitness or sport-specific objectives.  Take advantage of his 32 years of training experience to get results.

Rates:  Our rates are as reasonable as they come.  We invite you to compare our rates with any other reputable gym in the Greater Vancouver area.
