Every trainer demands that you work hard - We also demand that you play hard! AcroFit Alternative Fitness is all about making fitness fun again, and this applies to our personal training philosophy too. If you love it, and you see results, your body and mind transformation will be life changing.
Work with a Professional Athlete! You will be trained and motivated by Certified Fitness Trainer, professional film stuntman and Parkour athlete Lucius Fairburn who will apply his knowledge, training and certifications to reach your personal fitness or sport-specific objectives. Take advantage of his 15 years of training experience to get results.
Rates: Our rates are as reasonable as they come. We invite you to compare our rates with any other reputable gym in the Greater Vancouver area.

What to Expect
When you have decided that it is time to change your path or bust through that plateau that has been holding you back, just give us a call at (604) XXX-XXXX or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then:
- Meet up for a free consultation to discuss goals and problem areas
- We discuss the approach, scheduling and basic plan
- We have our first training, which consists of a warm up and some optional Fun Fitness elements based on preferences from your consultation - kickstarting your training with a smile on your face!
- For at least 35 minutes of the session or more, we would delve into more traditional training elements, most commonly using the High Intensity Interval Training method to maximize calorie burning and body sculpting, or with modifications for other goals such as mass building, or endurance training.
