Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga is the perfect way to begin your journey into aerial fitness. We combine traditional yoga elements and poses with aerial hammocks to create a fun, beginner friendly aerial class. From building strength and flexibility to injury rehab and pain relief, aerial yoga is for everyone!

Open to all fitness levels. No experience necessary! 

Attire: Bare feet/athletic wear. No jewelry or zippers on clothing! No lotion as it can rub off and stain the silks.  Some moves are better with long sleeves & pants.

Our Pole studio has 8 static/spinning poles from X-Pole. Pole Fitness is the most fun you can have while getting fit!  Pole classes will aid in improving both strength and technique while providing an exciting and intense workout at the same time. We guarantee you’ll have a great time!

Open to all fitness levels. No experience necessary! 

Attire: Bare feet (unless specified by instructor), and shorts.  Short-shorts are preferred.  No leggings please.  Choreo classes may use socks, kneepads, and heels.

Our acro classes will help you build strength and flexibility! Learn and progress in skills such as handstands, splits, and basic tumbling like cartwheels and walkovers. Great for injury prevention and building a solid foundation for all your other skillsets.
