Aerial Silks

Our aerial arts studio supports 6 hanging silk rigs.  Aerial silk is the most appreciated and sought after discipline in the circus world.  It trains the acrobat in areas of grace, strength, and beauty through the movement of the suspended human body.

Fitness Level Required: Open to all fitness levels. No experience necessary! 

Attire: Bare feet/athletic wear. No jewelry or zippers on clothing! No lotion as it can rub off.  Some moves are better with sleeves and pants.

Ages: Teen and adult

Pole Fitness

Pole Fitness is the most fun you can have while getting fit!  Pole classes will aid in improving both strength and technique while providing an exciting and intense workout at the same time. Static & Spinning offered.

Fitness Level Required: Open to all fitness levels.  Intro and advanced classes available.

Attire: Bare feet (unless specified by instructor), and shorts.  Short-shorts are preferred.  No leggings please.  Choreo class requires socks!

Ages: Teen and adult (16+ for Pole Fitness)

Aerial hoop, also called Lyra or Cerceau, is a beautiful and elegant circus apparatus, consisting of a metal ring suspended from the ceiling.  Students will learn amazing aerial acrobatics as well as strengthening their core and gaining flexibility.

Partner Acro

Partner Acro allows two people to combine hand balancing and partner acrobatic skills to achieve incredible poses and fun lifts.  A great class for groups of friends or couples, and is an awesome addition to your skillset if you already do Acro Yoga!
