Flexibility is achievable for everyone. This class is designed to increase your mobility, range of motion, and reduce tension across your body, which is especially important if your goal is to achieve more flexible acrobatic poses! Regardless of your sport, you'll learn to take your body anywhere you want to go!

Our flexibility classes are separated into two types: Splits and Back Flexibility.

Splits Flex Class is Hips & Leg Stretches in order for you to achieve a flat Front Split & Middle Split. Once these have been achieved, our more advanced students will take their flexibility to the next level for some Standing Leg Holds. 

Back Flex Class incorporates Shoulder, Back & Arm stretches in order to achieve a Bridge pose for our more beginner students. Our more advanced students will take their flexibility to the next level and work towards Bridge Variations, Backbends and with the potential for more contortion type skills.
