Handstands:

This class offers a remarkable core workout; keeping your body rigid builds incredible strength, stamina & body awareness. You’ll learn to do handstands on the ground, and the fundamental skills you gain here will serve you well in all our other classes and hand balancing (where you could learn to do a handstand in someone else’s hands!).
 
Our handstand class will build from the ground up with the basics of how to get into your handstand correctly, progressing into more advanced skills such as press to handstand, handstand blocks or handstand canes.
 
Along with handstands, you will learn other balancing skills such as Forearm Stands, Straddle Holds & Crocodile Holds.
 
Tumbling:
 
Tumbling is a form of gymnastics performed without props or equipment. Common moves performed in tumbling include flips, somersaults, tucks, handstands and handsprings. The handstand is an inversion where the student balances on their hands. In addition to improving balance, this pose offers core strength, refreshes the mind and energizes the body. 
 
This class focuses on proper technique and all related conditioning and flexibility needed to become proficient in these foundational (fun, and impressive) skills!

Beginner students will learn Froward Rolls, Cartwheels, Bridges, basic Handstand technique more!

Intermediate students will learn Walkovers, Handsprings, Aerials & handstand hold variations.
