Pole Fitness
Pole Fitness is the most fun you can have while getting fit! Pole classes will aid in improving both strength and technique while providing an exciting and intense workout at the same time. We guarantee you’ll have a great time!
Our Pole studio has 8 static/spinning poles from Lupit Pole.

Aerial Fitness
Come fly with us and discover the beauty of aerial arts with Aerial Silks, Hoop, or Hammock. We offer a variety of all levels classes as well as choreography classes, so there’s something for everyone! No experience needed and we encourage you to try them all to see which one is for you!
Our Aerial Studio has 6 rise/lower points and can accommodate a wide variety of aerial rigs.

Acro
Our acro classes will help you build strength and flexibility! Learn and progress in skills such as handstands, splits, and basic tumbling like cartwheels and walkovers. Great for injury prevention and building a solid foundation for all your other skillsets.
